Deposit fees for Inbound Open Group Tour packages will be RM350.00 per person.

The remaining full payment for Open Group Tour package is due 30 days before departure.

Juta Amora Escape & Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking shall no full payment is not received within the stipulated time. Any refund amount for subsequent payment after booking fee will be subjected to Juta Amora Escape &Travel Payment Terms & Conditions.

The deposit fee for Inbound Private Tour packages will be RM100.00 per person.

An additional admin fee of RM20.00 per person per way will be imposed for each successful booking if the customer chooses to book the flight ticket with Juta Amora Escape & Travel. The flight ticket fare is due immediately at the time of booking.

The customer is obligated to make the full payment for their tour packages 30 days before the trip departure.

Juta Amora Escape & Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking if full payment is not received within the stipulated time. Any refund amount for subsequent payment after the booking fee will be subject to Juta Amora Escape & Travel Payment Terms & Conditions.

Any booking cancellation for Open Group Tour and Private Tour Packages is subject to the cancellation policy, and the refunded amounts are summarized in Table 1.0 below.

Any refunded amount (if applicable) will be credited to the customer's bank account within 7 working days after the trip cancellation request is accepted.

The customer is not entitled to any refund for flight booking cancellations.

If the customer decides to make a change to the travel date or modify trip, please note that any additional charge is bound to Table 2.0

The deposit fee must be paid within 24 hours after receiving the quotation to confirm the booking. The deposit amounts are as per Table 4.0.

Customers are required to settle the remaining outstanding amount stated in the invoice immediately. Juta Amora Escape & Travel has the full right to cancel the booking if the payment is not made within the specified time.

The deposit fee must be paid within 3 days after receiving the quotation to confirm the booking. The deposit amounts are as per Table 4.0.

The final payment should be made no less than 45 days before departure. Juta Amora Escape & Travel has the full right to cancel the booking if the payment is not made within the specified time.

If the booking is paid before the 15th day in the calendar month, the first installment would be due on the 26th day of the same calendar month.

If the booking is paid after the 15th day in the calendar month, the first installment would be due on the 26th day of the following calendar month.

The installment amount is computed as the Total Package Amount (as per the invoice) minus the initial deposit fee paid, divided by the number of months allowed.

Customers will receive the installment payment schedule from Amora Escape & Travel within 24 hours after completing their initial deposit.

The final installment should be made no less than 45 days before departure. Amora Escape & Travel has the full right to cancel the booking if the payment is not made within the specified time.

The customer is responsible for complying with the installment plan as outlined in paragraphs 1 - 6.

If the customer decides to make a change to the travel date or modify trip, please note that any additional charge is bound to Table 2.0

Any canceled booking is subject to the cancellation policy, and the refunded amounts are summarized in Table 6.0.

Any refunded amount (if applicable) will be credited to the customer's bank account within 7 working days after the trip cancellation request is accepted.

The deposit fee for Outbound Private Tour packages will be the same as shown in Table 4.0.

An additional admin fee of RM20.00 per person per way will be imposed for each successful booking if the customer chooses to book the flight ticket with JutaAmora Escape & Travel. The flight ticket fare is due immediately at the time of booking.

Any quoted flight fare (both domestic and international) needs to be paid together with the deposit fee.

Any subsequent payments for meals, pocket wifi deposit, travel insurance, and other related services/products must be paid upon receiving the invoice.
